This Safety Management System (SMS) Certificate is issued in favor of Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, S.A. de C.V., based on Article 133 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Article 36, Section I of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; Articles 78 Bis 1, Section III, 78 BIS 2, Section II, and 78 Bis 4 of the Civil Aviation Law; Annex 79 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation; and Section 10.10 of the Official Mexican Standard NOM-064-SCT3-2012, which establishes the specifications for the Safety Management System (SMS), published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on January 7, 2013; as well as Article 3, Section II of the Decree creating the decentralized administrative body of the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation, known as the Federal Civil Aviation Agency.

It is hereby certified that Querétaro Intercontinental Airport, S.A. de C.V., complies with the above-mentioned regulations, as well as with the provisions of the Official Mexican Standard NOM-064-SCT3-2012 regarding the Safety Policy and Objectives, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance, and Safety Promotion.
