How to Apply for the Pensioned Parking Card 2025

To apply, please submit your request to the parking office with a copy of your TIA. You will need to complete and sign the application form and the commitment letter. The request will then be reviewed by Administrative Coordination.

Payment must be made within the first five business days of each month; otherwise, the card will be deactivated. In case of loss, a replacement fee will apply.

1. Fill Out the Forms

To begin, please complete and sign the following documents:

  • Pensioned parking card application 2025

2. Submit Your Documents

Please hand in your application to the parking office along with:

  • • Copy of your TIA
  • • Copy of your vehicle registration

Your request will be reviewed and approved by Administrative Coordination.

3. Make the Payment

Payment must be completed within the first five business days of the month.

If payment is not received on time, your application will be put on hold.

4. Lost Card Replacement

If your card is lost, a replacement fee will be required.
