If you have forgotten your luggage or any other item at security checkpoints or departure lounges, you can inquire via the emails security@aiq.com.mx and caguilarr@aiq.com.mx. It is necessary to provide a description of your item; in case of luggage, please describe the contents of your suitcase as well as its physical characteristics.

If the airport has your item in custody, you will need to present the following documents at the airport Reception (next to the Brokinny restaurant):

• • Original and copy of identification
• • 1 copy of your boarding pass
• • Simple letter of authorization if the person claiming the luggage, lost or retained item is not the owner.

For items forgotten in taxis, you must go to the Ground Transportation office to report them.

For claims of items forgotten on the plane, you must contact the airline, as it is responsible and has its own custody area.
