Through voluntary reports of any hazards observed in the AIQ. This is done in order to evaluate and determine appropriate actions and improve the conditions of the movement and maneuvering area.
The information obtained in this manner is used exclusively for the purpose of enhancing operational safety at the AIQ. The name and email address of the person preparing the report are required to receive feedback on the actions taken. Their identity will not be revealed under any circumstances.
